I have taken 30 hours of mediation training by Dispute Resolution Services, Inc.("DRS"), a non-profit adjunct of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Additionally, I attended DRS' 16 hour advanced mediation training course entitled "Civil and Workplace Mediation Training" and Richard H. Millen's 8 hour advanced mediation training course entitled "Mediation and Personal Recognition: A Different System of Conflict Resolution".

   I have been certified by the DRS, the Los Angeles County Superior Court and the Probate Department of that Court as a mediator and I have done innumerable mediations for them and for the Mediation Department of the Los Angeles City Attorney's office. I am also a member of the approved panel of mediators for the National Association of Securities Dealers and for the Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, I have conducted many private mediations at the request of attorneys and others.

   I am an arbitrator on the panel of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). I have attended the AAA's courses entitled "Practices and Procedures in Commercial and Construction Arbitration" and "Commercial Arbitration Workshop". I have done many arbitrations for the AAA. I am also a member of the arbitration and mediation panel of the United States Council for International Business which provides arbitrators and mediators to the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration. I am a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and I have been a featured speaker at meetings of that section.
